Terms of use

Terms for the private beta

Last updated March 25, 2026. These terms describe the repo as it exists for the current private beta. They are not broader launch terms and do not promise uptime, compliance, or feature stability.

Beta status

Cevune is provided as a limited early beta. Features may change, break, or be removed while the product is still being validated, and access may be limited to invited or approved accounts.

Account access

Access may be invite-only, allowlisted, or revoked. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and using an account tied to your own email. The beta team may suspend or revoke access if needed to protect the service or other users.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to abuse rate limits, test unauthorized access, or upload content in ways that create safety, legal, or privacy risks for others.

AI features and limitations

Cevune may use AI processing for transcription, summaries, reviews, or resurfacing depending on how the environment is configured. Generated output may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and it should not be treated as medical, legal, mental health, or financial advice.

Deletion and closure

You can delete certain items inside the product today, but account-level closure is handled through a staged manual request flow. Submitting a closure request does not instantly erase the account, and the beta team may need time to complete any manual cleanup work.

No guarantees

The beta is offered as-is. Cevune aims to preserve captures carefully, but it does not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect data recovery, or error-free output.
